He earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of the East in 2006 and completed his Master of Science in Dentistry, specializing in Orthodontics, from the University of the East in 2018.

Dr. Johnnie has completed advanced training through the Damon Masterclass in Singapore (2022) and Bali, Indonesia (2023), further strengthening his expertise in self-ligating orthodontic systems and contemporary treatment mechanics.

He serves as a Faculty Member at Manila Central University, College of Dentistry, where he contributes to postgraduate education in Orthodontics. He has also been recognized for his clinical excellence, placing 3rd in Clinical Case Presentation at the Asia Pacific Orthodontic Conference and 1st in Clinical Case Presentation at the 10th APO Regional Orthodontic Congress.

Dr. Glaisa May C. Lavarias is a highly skilled General Dentist with advanced training in Orthodontics, Prosthodontics, and Biomimetic Dentistry. She is known for her comprehensive and detail-oriented approach to treatment, combining orthodontic biomechanics with restorative precision to create functional, balanced, and aesthetically refined smiles.

Her clinical expertise includes orthodontic treatment, biomimetic restorations, aesthetic composite dentistry, and full-scope general dental care. She is extensively trained in modern orthodontic systems, including fixed appliance biomechanics, temporary anchorage devices (TADs), functional appliances, and clear aligner therapy.

She earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of the Philippines in 2016, where she developed a strong foundation in clinical excellence and evidence-based dental practice.

Dr. Glaisa has completed extensive post-graduate training in orthodontics, restorative dentistry, and aesthetic dentistry through numerous local and international programs. These include advanced courses in functional orthodontic appliances, biomimetic restorative techniques, aesthetic composite layering, and Invisalign certification, alongside participation in major dental congresses and international exhibitions.

She is an Associate Member of the Philippine Prosthodontic Society and remains actively engaged in continuing education to stay aligned with evolving global standards in orthodontics, restorative, and aesthetic dentistry.
