Dr. Chanice Chelsea D. Cruz is a General Dentist at Elevate Dental with clinical interests in orthodontics, cosmetic dentistry, and oral surgery. She is dedicated to delivering well-rounded, patient-focused care that prioritizes both comfort and quality outcomes.

Dr. Cruz earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Centro Escolar University–Manila in 2017, and has since gained extensive clinical experience in fast-paced dental practice environments.

Her continuing education includes orthodontic preceptorship training accredited by the International Association of Orthodontics, as well as aesthetic dentistry workshops under Clayton Omaking Dental Aesthetic Center, strengthening her foundation in both alignment and cosmetic treatments.
