Meet Dr. Susan, truly one of the best in the field. She embarked on her dental journey in 1981 with a commitment to always stay at the forefront of what dentistry can offer. Graduating with flying colors and securing a spot in the top 20 at the Dental Board Exam, Dr. Susan’s dedication is unmatched.

Her unwavering commitment and insatiable passion for learning drive her to continually sharpen her skills and expand her knowledge through regular attendance at international trainings. Holding a Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of the East, Dr. Susan is certified as a Dental Specialist in Orthodontics by the Philippine Regulation Commission’s Board of Dentistry. She proudly holds the title of Fellow at the Association of Philippine Orthodontists, as well as being a Fellow at the World Federation of Orthodontists and an International member of the American Association of Orthodontists.

As a former professor at Lyceum College of Dentistry in Dagupan City, Dr. Susan shared her extensive knowledge in Orthodontics, leaving an indelible mark on the next generation of dental professionals. Dr. Chanice Chelsea D. Cruz is a General Dentist at Elevate Dental with clinical interests in orthodontics, cosmetic dentistry, and oral surgery. She is dedicated to delivering well-rounded, patient-focused care that prioritizes both comfort and quality outcomes.

Her clinical practice includes orthodontic treatment, aesthetic restorative procedures, and basic oral surgical care, supported by hands-on training in modern dental techniques. She applies a balanced approach that integrates function, aesthetics, and patient experience.

Dr. Cruz earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Centro Escolar University–Manila in 2017, and has since gained extensive clinical experience in fast-paced dental practice environments.

Her continuing education includes orthodontic preceptorship training accredited by the International Association of Orthodontics, as well as aesthetic dentistry workshops under Clayton Omaking Dental Aesthetic Center, strengthening her foundation in both alignment and cosmetic treatments.

At the core of her practice is a commitment to delivering accessible, high-quality dental care with a focus on comfort, precision, and positive patient experience across all aspects of treatment.
