Dr. Diane Yvone Domondon–Jaleco

Dr. Diane Yvone Domondon–Jaleco is the Operations Director of Elevate Dental and a trusted Pediatric and Cosmetic Dentist known for her gentle approach and ability to create positive, stress-free dental experiences for both children and adults. She is dedicated to building confident smiles from early childhood through aesthetic smile enhancement in later years.

She specializes in pediatric dentistry and cosmetic treatments, with a strong focus on preventive care, restorative procedures for children, and smile improvement cases for adult patients. Her approach combines clinical precision with a patient-centered style that makes dental care more comfortable and approachable.

Dr. Yvone earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Baguio in 2017 and completed her externship training at the Philippine Children’s Medical Center, where she gained extensive exposure in pediatric and special care dentistry.

Her continuing education includes advanced training in restorative and esthetic dentistry, full mouth reconstruction exposure, Invisalign fundamentals, digital dentistry through RayFace Scan, and participation in various international and local dental conventions across the USA, Australia, South Korea, and Malaysia. She also maintains active involvement in pediatric and prosthodontic learning programs.

Her clinical excellence has been recognized through research awards at the IADR-SEA Joseph Lister Awards in Oral Disease Prevention and Best Case Presentation during her pediatric externship at PCMC.
