It was [my] first time at the dentist in a very long time. The staff was extremely welcoming and warm[,] and Dr. Shayne was wonderful. [She] explained everything in detail, gave me clear instructions to follow, and gave me sound advice for a good sequence of activities I could follow to [resolve] my dental issues. It was a very good experience.
