It was my first time at Elevate Dental Shangri-La Plaza, and honestly, I didn’t know what to expect. [But] I was really impressed. I had quite a few things done (airflow + scaling, panoramic x-ray, restoration, sealant, and veneers), and everything went smoother than I thought it would.
Dr. Derrick was awesome—super gentle, explained things in a way I could easily follow, and kept checking [to see] if I was okay. That really helped me relax. The staff [was] also really nice and accommodating; you [could] tell they actually care about making patients feel comfortable. The clinic itself [was] clean and modern, which made the whole visit even better.
I’d totally recommend them, and I’m already looking forward to coming back!
